I have experience working with people struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, life goals, career goals, work life balance, and work stress. I focus on the counseling of individuals, couples, and families. Within this framework, I often work in the areas of dysfunctional families, and individuals who are struggling to manage aggressive, angry, depressive, and anxious behaviors. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults. A variety of issues are addressed throughout the counseling process: including, but not limited to, communication skills, anger management, suicidal ideation, and mood and anxiety disorders. Currently, I work as a LMHP with a community base health center, as well.
