My clientele includes all human beings: children, adolescents, teens, adults, and couples, that may experience various issues: ADHD, abuse, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and substance abuse. In addition, I also work with clients who are diagnosed with depression, anxiety, relationship and family of origin issues, borderline personality, and high-risk behaviors such as alcohol use/abuse. I also work with members of the LGBTQ+ community and the BIPOC community.

I meet my clients where they are on their journey. My job is to support, encourage, and empower you. The healing journey is multi-faceted, multi-layered, and often unpredictable. However, there are signposts and milestones along the way and I combine my education, training, and skillset to help my clients journey with more ease and success. I help my clients process and overcome the effects of trauma using EMDR and somatic therapies. Allowing ourselves to trust and more fully embody our true self is a process of opening, letting go, receiving, and taking courageous steps.

I have over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and young adults. I have a strong background in treating severe depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, eating disorders, and symptoms such as sleep and eating problems, self injury, social anxiety, and poor self esteem with cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral treatment. I also work with families and couples on resolving conflict and improving communication skills. I have a family centered approach and provide both individual and family therapy.

My name is Crystal Antle and I am a LCSW. I hold a certification in dialectical behavioral therapy and have years of expertise in the treatment, diagnosis and management of personality disorders. My husband and I walked through infidelity in our relationship and I compassionately understand the devastation betrayal has on a partner, a relationship, and a family. I understand the difficult questioning that occurs after a betrayal and the excruciating work it takes to become healthy and maintain wholeness. Asking for help is often difficult, however my client-centered approach creates a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process and begin healing.
