I am an individual and family counselor with over 12 years of experience working with clients in home, school, community-based and office settings. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, emphasizing spirituality and self-development. I have been successful in providing therapeutic solutions and support to children, teens and adults. I am familiar with the struggles that many clients have and pride myself in the ability to help others be the greatest version of themselves. I believe that awareness of self is one of the many keys to successfully getting through most challenges.

I use an integrated approach to provide individual counseling and play therapy services to adults and children. I am interested in aiding clients who deal with difficulties surrounding divorce, daily stressors, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. I intend to focus on working with children and families attempting to readjust to the rules and roles of the new family structure that can surface. As a mostly Adlerian therapist, I will help clients to explore their behavior patterns which may be interfering with attaining their goals. In order to do this, together we will examine each individual's readiness for change, how fear/anxiety plays a role in keeping them from changing behaviors and explore interpersonal/family relationships.
