I obtained my Masters of Social Work degree and graduate certificate in Child and Family Services from Louisiana State University. I also hold certifications in crisis counseling and forensic interviewing of children. My experience in child welfare, nursing & rehabilitation centers and hospice provides me with the opportunity to serve a variety of populations.

With 10+ years of experience, I work with clients with a variety of mental health needs. I work with children as young as 3 in play-based therapy, addressing anxiety, behavioral issues, parenting needs and familial transitions. I also work with couples exploring pre-marital counseling, marriage counseling, separation/divorce or co-parenting. I work with teens struggling with anxiety or depression as they navigate the realms of social media and pressures of GenZ. I also see many adult clients 1:1 who just need extra support in this season of life: whether from work stressors or family conflict or just wanting better mental wellness.
