I obtained my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Mississippi in 2008; I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Trauma Professional.

To that end, my therapeutic approach is informed by strength-based, client-centered, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. What this means is that we’ll work together to identify tools that you can use to address your life’s stressors. Ultimately, this will help provide you with both practical short term solutions as well as long term personal growth.

I also have experience working with DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder). I am a member of ASCH (American Society of Clinical Hypnosis) and have completed all components of the certification process. In addition, I am also trained in Mind/Body Medicine. No substance-related disorders.
