I am familiar with the struggles that many clients have and pride myself in the ability to help others be the greatest version of themselves. I enjoy following your lead to the topics and concerns that are most pressing for you. I also teach breathing exercises, meditation techniques, visualizations and communication strategies. I use both structured methods like CBT and EMDR and my own intuitive understanding to help you heal. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma and grief. I have practiced in CA, LA and MS in community-based mental health, hospital and in private practice settings.
