I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in addiction, sexual, spiritual and gender identity, self-esteem, trauma and HIV. I have treated a variety of presenting conditions ranging from depression and anxiety to mood disorders, sleep issues, relationship problems and life stress. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan with a particular interest in adults and the elderly. He has over 25 years of clinical experience in treating adolescents, adults and families using individual and family therapy.

First of all, let me say that I respect your decision to seek therapy, it shows emotional health and awareness. I believe that therapy is a tool to guide people to obtain the skills to be emotionally successful in their lives. I have extensive experience working with adults that grew up in families with addiction, personality disorders, and trauma. I am a Clinical Hypnotist & Reiki Master/Teacher. These modalities are a little bit different than traditional talk therapy. Prior to each session, I encourage an open dialogue. We will pinpoint your exact goals & needs and make a plan. I will also address any questions or concerns you may have before our actual session. Hypnosis is a targeted approach to create long lasting positive change. And Reiki (a form of energy healing) can help restore balance & heal the entire energetic system. My clients typically notice a desirable shift even after just one session.
