Center Point Therapy Group is an outpatient therapy and assessment practice that specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidenced-based and effective approach to treating psychological and behavioral concerns. CARE Institute offers various programs including FREE and low-cost teletherapy. Our clinicians approach therapy from a holistic systems perspective to assist clients with learning skills to address life challenges. Clinicians at CARE offer a wide range of expertise to assist clients. Our licensed clinicians are marriage and family therapists (LMFT/PLMFT), professional mental health counselors (LPC/PLPC), and Registered Play Therapists. Our CARE for Y'ALL teletherapy program clinicians are marriage & family therapy graduate students from nationally accredited MFT programs.

With a focus on creating a genuine connection, I specialize in working with women, teenage girls, and LGBTQ+ individuals. My sweet spot lies in addressing career/educational challenges, life transitions, impulsivity, substance use, relationships, and depression. Together, we can establish goals to navigate through life's complexities with a focus on building resilience and fostering personal strengths.

My experience includes, but is not limited to: depression, anxiety, family conflict, trauma, addiction and working with expecting and new mothers. I also have experience and specific training in working with infertility and loss in pregnancy. I enjoy focusing on and implementing self compassion in my clients' lives.
