It is my goal to create a safe and inclusive treatment environment for adults and adolescents seeking therapeutic collaboration around eating disorders, depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, trauma, and life transitions.

Most of my clients are ordinary people who have been sexually abused as children or adults, or are from alcoholic families, or are struggling with alcoholism in their current life. They may be having difficulty adjusting to changing circumstaaances in their lives due to divorce or loss of a family member or friend. Many of my clients are experiencing depression or anxiety or chronic worry.

I believe individuals are the experts of their own lives based on their experiences, but sometimes need guidance to grow and move toward wholeness and health. I provide therapeutic services in a collaborative form for adolescents and adults dealing with depression and anxiety. I work with my clients to provide an individualized and compassionate plan that incorporates techniques and interventions from various theories. We work together to heal and process painful experiences while learning healthy skills to move forward, promote growth and positive changes. Together, we work to achieve optimal balance and wellness.

I specialize in preteens, teenagers & young adults dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and other mental difficulties. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor presently working on my dissertation for a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe as well as a former graduate of Loyola University, Notre Dame Seminary and Our Lady of Holy Cross College.
