Our CARE for Y'ALL teletherapy program clinicians are marriage & family therapy graduate students from nationally accredited MFT programs.

I do individual and couples counseling and have a heavy focus on trauma, PTSD and how to cope with the symptoms. People with heavy trauma tend to search to know what it's like to be their authentic selves. I focus on understanding the individuals communication styles and how to best present them to the world and how to communicate with others. There is a heavy focus on reframing internal monologues and gaining coping skills to improve daily quality of life.
