Change takes effort. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help you make that change. CBT is like finding a map to a more ideal life and learning that life is much closer than you had thought. This form of therapy teaches you how to change your thinking, with an initial focus on improving the here-and-now with smaller focus on the past. Practice is essential and CBT involves work, but that work often yields results. CBT can help improve mood, reduce anxiety and fears, change unhelpful behaviors, make relationships better, and lead to a richer, more satisfying life.

I am a Clinical Hypnotist & Reiki Master/Teacher. These modalities are a little bit different than traditional talk therapy. Prior to each session, I encourage an open dialogue. We will pinpoint your exact goals & needs and make a plan. I will also address any questions or concerns you may have before our actual session. Hypnosis is a targeted approach to create long lasting positive change. And Reiki (a form of energy healing) can help restore balance & heal the entire energetic system. My clients typically notice a desirable shift even after just one session.

Hello, I am Debbie Hartzo I have an LMSW license with twenty years providing social work-counseling and use DBT therapy to clients in need. I volunteered for ten years serving individuals that were underserved and oppressed. I earned my Bachelors in Social Work from Grambling State University and my Masters in Social Work from Grambling State University I’ve worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and an empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I have experience leading clients through depression and anxiety.
