Are you stuck in a rut? Would you like to move past some areas in your life? Let me help you! I am a licensed counselor in Louisiana with an (Ed.D), and am National Board Certified (NCC). I am also trained in Life Coaching. I have also been a business owner, so I understand the stress and rewards a business can bring to your life. As a therapist, I work with adults experiencing trauma, stress, depression and/or anxiety, and particularly enjoy working on women's issues. I enjoy working with older adults and their unique issues. Most often I use Cognitive Behavior Techniques and Solutions Focused Therapy, but always welcome the chance to employ other methods when the situation allows.
I offer early evening appointments and weekend appointments at this time. Call me for a phone consultation and we'll determine if the fit is right. I am currently working on paneling with a number of insurance and EAP carriers.
