My goal is to understand you and what you have experienced in your life that has led to difficult times. I will assist you in identifying what changes can be made in order to lead a happier and healthier life. I view the therapeutic relationship as non-judgmental, safe, and supportive. It's not my goal to tell you how to change or better your life, but to go on the journey with you and explore how making effective changes can lead to a happier you.
I work with adult clients who have difficulties with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, addiction, trauma, and general life adjustment problems. I provide individual and couples therapy and would be happy to work with you to determine the best option and most effective course of treatment.
