Therapy can be a powerful way to achieving happiness, acceptance and greater life satisfaction. As a trauma therapist, I approach each client and couple with compassion, empathy and value the unique life experience of my clients. Sessions honor each person's needs and comforts, helps the individual understand, gain insight and work through issues. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment, and somatic therapies. Coming from a strengths based perspective, fostering resilience is an important part of my practice. I hope clients can expand on what's already working and learn the skills and insight necessary to meet their goals.
