Welcome! My areas of focus is working with other therapists, medical professionals, ministers, missionaries and those in the helping profession. I offer therapy through my office and telehealth. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP) and EMDR Certified & Consultant. I believe in healing the holistic person (emotional, physical, spiritual, & relational). When one is off, the others suffer. My desire is to guide my clients to make sense of their story, be celebrated for who they are & give them the tools they need to heal & thrive.

I have specialized training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Ego State Therapies, Polyvagal Theory & Sandtray Therapy to help alleviate distressing symptoms such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and pain within the nervous system. These are great modalities when we don't have words for our experiences and/or when talk therapy isn't enough.

I'm also a co-owner of Lotus Counseling & Wellness. We have a wonderful team, each having a specific area of focus to better serve Louisiana.
