My focus is helping clients connect the physical and emotional components of healing. I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction which is an evidence-based practice that teaches clients to cope with pain, anxiety, sleep, stress, addiction, and depression. I have worked with individuals and families for over 9 years and have seen the physical toll that emotions can take on a person’s life. My hope is to guide my patients back to a healthier lifestyle through a combination of approaches. I believe that every individual is unique and will design each treatment plan according to the client’s goals.
I am the only board certified LPC who practices Biofeedback in the Northeast Louisiana region. I incorporate biofeedback skills when processing trauma or dealing with unwanted symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, ADHD/focus issues, migraine, and sleep.
