My style of therapy includes examining how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are affecting you. Then, we talk about skills that can help you cope such as regulating emotions, communication, mindfulness, tolerating distress, and changing your thoughts. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to treat trauma and troubling memories.
