Girls Pre-teen Self-Esteem
Pre-teens are typically just entering the identity crisis stage. They are wondering how and where do they fit within the context of their own world? During this self-discovery, girls can develop a negative self image and decreased self-esteem. The aim of this group is to engage in fun, creative, evidence-based ways to reverse the cycle of low-self esteem and to employ life long techniques for future coping.
