If you're trying to balance stressors and move past pain only to find yourself feeling stuck, I'm here to offer support as you find your way toward feeling your best. Even in the most difficult or overwhelming circumstances, we can find meaningful ways to move forward. The pressure from stress, anxiety, and trauma can show up in a person's mind, relationships, body, or other important areas of life. But oftentimes, these experiences reveal what in our lives might need attention.
My first goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe. From there, our work might include enhancing self-understanding, reducing feelings of stress, or finding ways to heal. I provide supportive feedback, offer research-backed information, support you in making meaning from your experience, and guide you in developing coping and stress reduction tools.
Each person's individual experience and values are worthy of respect. I welcome LGBTQ+ people, and I work from an anti-oppressive framework. Reach out to me via email or schedule a consultation on my website. In-person and video sessions offered in Omaha; video sessions offered statewide in Nebraska, Missouri, and Louisiana.
