But oftentimes, these experiences reveal what in our lives might need attention.
My first goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe. From there, our work might include enhancing self-understanding, reducing feelings of stress, or finding ways to heal. I provide supportive feedback, offer research-backed information, support you in making meaning from your experience, and guide you in developing coping and stress reduction tools.
Each person's individual experience and values are worthy of respect. I welcome LGBTQ+ people, and I work from an anti-oppressive framework.
