I am a culturally sensitive therapist and I specialize in working with women and the many struggles that we experience in our lives, including difficult transitions, postpartum depression, and stress related to everyday issues. I also work with teenagers and understand the difficulties faced by the teens of today.
I am very comfortable working with couples and families. Sometimes it can be more productive to have family members join the therapy session. If this is the case, I would consult with you to determine the proper time to include family members in your session, while being mindful not to lose sight of your goals.
