I will help you to clarify your goals for therapy, then utilize my role as counselor to facilitate your journey toward increased wellness as you create a future of your choosing. My services are grounded in the firm belief that each of us is capable of creating health over dysfunction in our lives. Sessions are tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and learning style.
My experience includes treating a variety of presenting problems, such as grief and loss, life transitions, depression/anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, substance use/abuse, situational and chronic stress, chronic or life-threatening illness, trauma, autism spectrum, PTSD, and exposure to violence or crime.
