Hi there! Welcome to my page. I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and families. I am also an enthusiastic practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (a.k.a "tapping”) - a technique use with both adults and children alike to neutralize or eliminate overwhelming negative emotions or physical symptoms. In addition, I practice techniques such as mindfulness, visualization, and relaxation. I primarily provide short-term, solution-focused therapy, educational evaluations, and parent consultation.
I begin by taking a holistic assessment of all areas of your child's life, and consider how these situations have potentially influenced current circumstances. I also receive input from school staff when appropriate. My goal is to provide interventions and suggestions that help to move my client toward wholeness, happiness, and harmony!

Emotional Freedom Technique (aka "tapping")
Come learn a powerful and effective self-treatment for many challenges! On the first and third Tuesday of every month I provide an EFT demo, discussing how stress impacts the body, what EFT is, and how and why it works. I will then take you through a demonstration, which is shown by research and science to clear both physical and emotional pain (e.g., anxiety, phobias, trauma, headaches, grief, chronic pain, etc.). By $20 suggested donation.
