Whatever the issue - trauma, illness, loss, adjustments, relationships - I meet you where you are and listen to understand your challenges. In a safe and supportive environment, we will gently explore the sources of these difficulties and collaboratively seek ways to develop the insight, connections, grounding, and sense of flourishing that you seek. I draw from mindfulness and contemplative practices, family systems, cognitive therapies and nature-based interventions to dovetail the counseling process specifically for your needs.

Clients who work best with me are curious and open. They're ready for a deep dive in self-discovery in order to ditch the old patterns that hold them back. Many of my clients are currently (or prepping for) exploring ethical non-monogamy. Others may be navigating big life changes, like pregnancy, graduating college, or a big move.
