I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and I work with children and adults, including individuals, couples, and families. My clients may be sad, anxious, overwhelmed, confused or they may have experienced trauma in their life and when they come to therapy having a safe, accepting and validating space is of the utmost importance. I am a strengths-based therapist that meets clients where they are. I help clients with expectations and goals, and empower clients to enact change in their life.

I enjoy being able to assist those who are in need of finding a way out of the darkness. Also, my practice focuses on the study of substance abuse/addiction counseling. I have experience working with children and geriatric populations. I think that telehealth and online therapy are very powerful tools that we have to bring our support to more people regardless of whether they are near or far.

Much like the sunflower that is directed by the sun, my goal is to help you navigate through life’s obstacles, restore the broken pieces, and ultimately direct you towards your light within. It is my belief that everyone has the capacity to change and grow. I want you to live your best life!
