My name is Antoinette Woods and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I came up with the name Silver Lining, because I believe that there is hope for every need, which is my motto. I have worked in the field of social services for 23 years and have been professionally licensed for 7 years. I have always had a strong desire to help others and feel as though I can offer an array of expertise in all aspects of identified needs. I am very compassionate and view my clients as individuals and their best interest is my top priority. I am experienced in working with multifaceted backgrounds as well as treatment approaches.

Andrew LeBlanc is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a long history of working in mental health and a wide range of experience. He's been in this field since '93 before becoming a social worker and has worked with many different populations from young adults to the senior community. Andrew received his Master's of Social Work from SUNO School of Social Work.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues in children, and parent-child relationships. I am trained in Play Therapy, Sand tray Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and School Based Mental Health Counseling.

I have learned throughout life some people are placed in situations without the power to choose and some choose situations because they lack skills and knowledge of the effects of their decisions. Many individuals practice learned behaviors and the cycle continues for generations. Change is sometimes difficult to see with closed eyes. Center Point Therapy Group is an outpatient therapy and assessment practice that specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidenced-based and effective approach to treating psychological and behavioral concerns. CBT involves identifying and changing thought and behavior patterns that drive negative emotions and give rise to difficulties in your life through an active collaboration between the clinician and client. My typical theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also believe that it is necessary, at times, to draw from other orientations and therapies in order to provide the best care possible for my clients.

Much like a compass, counseling can be an important tool for "direction" through a variety of difficult situations. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in healthy ways to change behaviors that may be contributing to your problems. Through many years of working with clients and patients in both inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, I have learned that my passion is helping clients who are struggling to resolve problems that arise from unresolved family of origin issues and life transitions. I believe in a holistic approach to improve depressed mood, calm anxious thoughts, and learn coping skills. Grief work has been something that presents itself over and over and I enjoy helping clients move from the point where their loss feels overwhelming to a point where they can accept the loss and learn to enjoy life again.
