Hi, my name is Kara Hardesty and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been a therapist for 8 years since I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Masters in Social Work degree. My therapy services include Evidenced Based Treatments including: Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivation Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
