| Русский I work with adults who are struggling to build the types of relationships they crave. Some of my clients are looking for good friends and community, while others are struggling to find love. Still others find themselves pushing love away, even when it's available. What all of my clients have in common is that they feel anxious, powerless, or hopeless about their situations. Many of my clients are immigrants, and seek a therapist who is sensitive to how cultural factors and (im)migration impact their ability to successfully connect with others. (I also offer immigration evaluations.)
I offer a culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and creative approach to therapy. In addition to talk therapy, we can use somatic (body) therapy, such as spiritual approaches, yoga, movement, art, and mindfulness. I can weave those elements into my work with you - if you want. Therapy with me will hopefully be fun and leave you feeling lighter.

Jewish Support Group
Our virtual support group is open to anyone self-identifying as Jewish. Led by a Jewish therapist with a humanistic approach, this is a safe space to process feelings about your experience as a Jewish person in the world. We welcome any and all opinions on Israel, as long as opinions respect the humanity of all residents of the land. This group is for adults ages 18 and older who live in the Washington, DC and Illinois. We require a 6 week commitment for any new members. Can't wait to see you there!
