I specialize in ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
I am a compassionate therapist with experience in residential treatment, child welfare, community mental health, and private practice settings. I use a person centered, insight-oriented approach as I work to collaboratively create a therapeutic relationship based on mutual trust and understanding.
