We then design a treatment plan to develop insight about how internal thoughts and belief systems have evolved from unique life experiences and how they influence current interactions and behaviors. Effective strategies to cope with limitations are built upon a foundation of self-awareness.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, infertility/prenatal/postpartum, interpersonal problem, trauma, LGBTQ issues, codependency, communication, and parenting/family dynamics. I treat diverse populations and creatively engage clients beyond talk therapy through role-play, art therapy, games, and meditation for experiential change in the now.
I believe that knowing and accepting oneself fully, unconditionally and without judgement is the key to true resolution of psychic pain.
