I provide individual, couples, family, group therapy, medication management to children, adolescents, adults in the areas of depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, addictions, dually-diagnosed, parenting, family issues, childhood issues, adolescent issues, behavior, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, loss/grief/bereavement, women's issues, relationships, self-esteem, self-image, codependency, dependency, anger management, stress management, time management, life skills, work issues. I provide psychoeducational groups and professional trainings. My focus in working with clients is to help them gain and maintain control in their lives despite past or present issues, and to deal with those issues appropriately.
