I enjoy working with clients who have struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD substance abuse issues, self esteem issues and the persistently mentally ill.

My expertise lies in assisting those with any manner of mood disorder symptoms and identifying challenges created in their lives by those symptoms. I work with clients in a solution focused perspective to identify achievable short, intermediate, and long term goals to create an environment where changes seems possible and attainable. I also work closely with client’s families to help provide them a compassionate and empathetic voice for their concerns, and frame them in a way which is palatable to those on my caseload.
