I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and former CSSD Family Relations Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy can offer relief and hope for whatever it is you may be struggling with. I provide a warm, supportive, empathetic environment for clients in order to foster self-exploration without judgment. My techniques include EMDR (most effective treatment for trauma), Gottman couples therapy, EFT for couples and CBT. I can help to navigate through all aspects of divorce. I also offer pet assisted therapy with my certified therapy dog, Gracie.

I am a clinical psychologist in private practice for 30 years. I have advanced training in self psychology, cognitive behavior therapy, mind-body distress release therapies, family therapy, and child play therapy. Self psychology, cognitive therapy, and mind-body psychology focus on changing self-identity beliefs that interfere with feeling good self-esteem and feeling harmony within oneself and within relationships. I try to understand each patient from within their unique perspective and work together to bring about helpful change. For patients wanting to discuss spirituality I have an interest in helping to develop spiritual views that promote emotional health.

I'm a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) working with adolescents and adults who struggle with substance use. I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health industry.

There are occasions when we become stuck due to unexpected circumstances and other hindering situations. Stress can present itself in many ways and cause us to feel overwhelmed. These transitions can include a difficult career move or decision, relationship endings/beginnings, divorce, widowhood, empty nest syndrome, women issues, etc.

I have been privileged to work with clients in a variety of settings including schools, employee assistance programs, partial hospital programs as well as private practice. I enjoy working with tweens, adolescents, adults, including elders, couples and families. Most commonly clients present issues of depression, anxiety, relationship issues (including bullying), and issues related to trauma, abuse and addiction.
