I have worked in the field for 25 years. I also offer early morning sessions for people who want to meet before they go to work. Working in private practice and in schools has provided me with the unique experience and understanding of families, students and the school system. Over the years, I have expanded my expertise to working with people of all ages dealing with the everyday challenges of life, psychiatric issues and wanting to be a more well rounded person. Guiding and motivating people toward understanding what "feeling better" can be and working with them how to get there is a journey we take together.
Working with clients to feel comfortable while establishing rapport and trust provides a positive and relaxing atmosphere. Clients should leave each session with both a productive and positive experience as well as useful tools to utilize independently.
I also offer early morning sessions for people who want to meet before they go to work. Clients generally acknowledge fairly quickly a feeling of hope and comfort. Walking away feeling empowered and sense of relief is a common theme.
