Having found traditional therapies to be slow and sometimes ineffective, I have learned alternative therapies that work more quickly and efficiently. Energy psychology techniques such as EFT and imagery work are more effective in healing a variety of emotional and interpersonal problems. I will teach you mindfulness practices that you can use on your own between sessions. I may suggest books, music, yoga, or other wellness practices to help you heal. I want to help you see that even if you have experienced pain, limitation, or losses, you are still capable of creating the satisfying life you want.
