We, as humans, have an incredible potential for growth, but we often find life difficult; we feel stuck, alone, and uncertain. I strive to create counseling relationships based on safety, trust, and hope, where people are accepted and challenged to grow in new and meaningful ways. I believe counseling is an opportunity to work through pain and suffering, develop resiliency which can be carried forward into life, and experience healing, freedom, purpose, and self-acceptance.

I have deep passion for helping individuals on their journey to healing, I specialize in working with those who are motivated to overcome complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I believe in the power of experiential therapy and the transformational potential of Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ADEP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). These therapeutic approaches form the cornerstone of our practice, guiding my clients toward a more profound understanding of their inner worlds and the narratives that shape their lives.

In the process of learning to love yourself, your body, and others there is no such thing as setbacks. What we think is a setback is a growing point, a learning point to lead us further in our relationship with ourselves and others. I would love to work with you navigating those areas of growth, while also seeing the strengths you already possess. It takes such courage to start looking for help. This undoing of aloneness has helped clients reconcile and unburden themselves of trauma as well as feel thankful for being able to learn how to listen to their heart and their heart’s certainty of their worthiness. Hi, I am Jennifer. My work with clients is transparent and holistic. My ideal client is looking to make positive changes in their and committed to personal growth and healing. I support and empower clients struggling with a history of trauma; grief/loss; perinatal; chronic illness/pain; those experiencing high anxiety; clients that are highly sensitive and empathic; or those who are simply feeling the weight of life stressors and transitions. I have a deep understanding of various religious backgrounds and offer Christian perspective if requested. Additionally, I am compassionate with military, spouses, and Gold Star families.
