I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, treating children, adolescents, adults, and families. For children and adolescents, ages 8 and up, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, school issues, divorce issues, peer relationships, behavioral problems, suicidal ideation, and anger management. I also specialize in parenting, family issues, adoption and attachment. For adults, I treat mood disorders, like depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress, anger management, divorce, and work related issues. I have extensive experience working with active military, retired military/veterans, and military dependents.

There is an option to live mindfully, to live with insight into one’s thoughts, patterns, emotions and relationships, even as these can be complex and changing. I am also a certified sound healer and offer crystal bowl sound healing experiences, or 10-15 minute experiences as part of the beginning or end of sessions if preferred.
