I am a licensed professional counselor with a Masters Degree in Psychological Counseling as well as a certified Wellness coach. I help adults through life's many challenges including grief/loss, life transitions, relationship issues/communication, and anxiety/depression. Dr. Karen Pascoe is a holistic psychologist who integrates mind-body strategies from psychology (cognitive-behavioral & interpersonal), yoga (breathing, meditation & movement) & Ayurveda (nutrition & lifestyle) to holistically treat anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.
