My work has been targeted towards helping folx in marginalized communities. I worked to ensure inclusive and equitable practices in work and school spaces. My clinical journey started during grad school when I began working with a diverse group of adults who had eating disorders. Alongside eating disorders, I also worked with individuals who struggled with substance use, trauma, and other mood disorders.

Sara Su-Castillo has twenty years of clinical experience and completed her Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago. She has a history of work in a wide variety of settings, including community mental health, integrated settings, and child welfare. Sara works with children, teens, and adults and is a bilingual English/Spanish speaker. Sara incorporates components of CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy to treat a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues and communication barriers, with a special focus on the LGBTQ community.

Through support and encouragement, everyone can have the ability to create positive change and find a balance in their lives. A strength-based approach can allow for the opportunity to identify successes, reestablish healthy patterns and learn new ways to deal with everyday life. Dr. Richard Steven White, therapist and owner of PassWay Counseling LLC, is licensed with Colorado as a Marriage and Family Therapist, is provider for 14 Insurance companies, and has over 40 plus years of experience in family, marital and individual therapy. For 12 years he was the therapist at Colorado Christian Services where he assisted in starting the counseling program. Dr. White received his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University and his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M at Commerce. He is a Clinical Fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
