Hi! I’m Elise Baumann and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in Newbury Park, California. My philosophy on therapy is that it should be a positive and uplifting experience. But so often underneath are feelings of unworthiness, perfectionism, chronic stress, ineffectiveness, loneliness, and a need to please.
