Welcome! My name is Meghan Rosario, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My name is Dr. Marnel Tucker, I am a clinical psychologist, and I have been in the mental health field for 20 years. I treat adults, young adults, teens and seniors. Throughout the years I've practiced in many settings including; inpatient, outpatient, dual diagnosed, and mild to moderate severity. I work from culturally competent position, meaning I am self-aware. Allowing me to work with other cultures with diverse values, beliefs, feelings, religions, sexuality, ethnic background, and gender differences.

My passion is serving those in SLO community and promoting meaningful change and healing in the individuals I treat. Hello, my legal name is Joseph but you can call me Tommy. My work as a therapist is mostly informed by Attachment Theory and I currently work with individuals ranging from young adults to seniors. As human beings, we are meant to seek connection with others. Connection with a compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable therapist is one of the best ways to develop a more secure sense of attachment to the world around you. This connection can lead to the positive, long-term change you are seeking.

Life is more enjoyable when we are feeling whole, healthy and connected to the important people around us. But sometimes our reality is disconnection, frustration, stress, and hopelessness. How can this be happening to me? Especially now! Most of us assume the journey to parenthood will be smooth and easy, rarely is that the reality. I support individuals and couples from the early stages of trying to conceive through the stress of launching adults and all the stages in the middle. My role is to be a coach as you try new strategies, process difficult feelings and work through challenges. You do not have to do this alone.

I am walking proof of the impact and have lived through tremendous challenges related to grief & loss, high conflict relationships, health related battles, career challenges and changes, intergenerational trauma, raising young adults and lived experiences in different parts of the country. My therapeutic journey was led by a skilled therapist and through that learning an inherent calling to help others arose. Today, I work with clients in California and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR,) Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR,) and Reiki.
