I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD and adjustment disorders. There are many contributing factors to why a person experiences anxiety and a variety of approaches to managing it, and for some extinguishing the anxiety altogether. Worry can cause functional impairment in only one or all domains of life. Anxiety often leads to symptoms of depression, and it is not uncommon for a person to feel symptoms of both at any given time.

I am a licensed Psychologist and have specialized training in End-of Life transition, Bereavement, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.
