Goals are a need to feel at ease with different parts of yourself through, movement, sound, role play and character development! Connect to the unconscious through projective play i.e. sand tray. Relieve stress and trauma with EMDR. Feel more confident and positive about current life experiences and day to day stressors, as well as, be able to cope and make change more effectively.

The clients I specialize in include children/youth and their parents/caregivers where distress manifests behaviorally, either with acting out or more internalized behavior (anxiety symptoms). The distress could be driven by past trauma or family disruptions such as as early separation or divorce. As a result children often experience a lack of safety which interferes with the development of strong relationships. These factors, if not addressed, can lead to emotional and physical health problems later in life.
