I am a licensed psychologist, and I offer evaluations and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and parents. I treat and diagnose a wide variety of concerns including neurodevelopmental, disruptive behaviors, developmental delays, mood, anxiety, and trauma. I believe in a collaborative approach to intervention that can help with life's daily problems.

Leslie Grant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. Leslie has experience working with children, adolescents, couples, families, and adults. She specializes in supporting those experiencing the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, interpersonal difficulties, school difficulties, loss of intimacy, infidelity PTSD, grief, relationship issues, family conflicts, loss, low self-esteem, mood disorders, sexual abuse/issues, and significant life changes. Leslie completed her Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Alabama.

Susan W. Ratliff LPC Susan is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Athens University in Behavioral Science, and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from A&M University. Susan has been in practice in North Alabama for the past 25 years, with experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She has served a variety of populations, and has led individual, group, marital, and family therapy sessions. She currently works with children, adolescents and adults in therapy. Susan’s main passion in work is to improve individuals, and families lives by assisting in their development.

I'm a neurodivergent psychologist - for me this means I tend to talk and move rapidly & love researching! I believe my neurodiversity could provide a unique lens & approach to your care. I find great joy in helping individuals of all ages become more independent, understand themselves, and achieve their self-identified goals at the pace that is comfortable for their unique circumstances. I consider myself to be a behaviorist with a heart. Simply put, while I am linear and direct in my approach to clinical care, my overall style has been described as coming across as gentle, accommodating, compassionate, transparent, & authentic.

We are an Alabama group practice with LMFTs, LPCs, and interns. We exclusively see clients using secure Telehealth therapy for your convenience, and do not have a physical location. Licensed therapists (Cindy, Sam, and Alicia) take BCBS of Alabama insurance. Interns see clients at a $25 rate per session. Cindy is a certified Sex Therapist, and Alicia is licensed to supervise MFT-I's, MFT-As and MFT-Is. Alicia is an EMDRIA approved EMDR trained therapist.

Parenting is hard work and children don't come with instructions! As a parent we often worry about our children's well-being and we want to do the best for our children. At the same time we can feel overwhelmed especially if our children have experienced abuse, are acting out, experiencing adjustment to a divorce or other family changes, making bad choices, or seem sad and worried. Sometimes we don't know where to turn or what to do next. You may start to feel like you've tried everything with no results. I, and my licensed associate therapists, specialize in these and other issues.

I believe and work from the viewpoint that all individuals and family units have the strength and ability within themselves to approach whatever may come their way and find a solution to address their issues. It is my responsibility to help the individual or family unit to see those strengths and abilities and approach them from both a Christian and systemic viewpoint. I work with children of all ages up to those of a Senior age.

Tony specializes in helping those who have lost hope. As a retired ordained pastor, Tony has the knowledge and personal understanding of God to integrate the spiritual and emotional concerns of life. Tony fully respects the desire of those who do not wish to integrate the spiritual aspect of life in their counseling. Tony works with each individual to understand the specific needs and goals for counseling in order to insure he/she receives the very best that Tony has to provide as a therapist.
