I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and seniors. My goal is to appropriately assess each clients' needs, assist them in identifying their own goals for treatment, and provide evidence-based treatments, education, and encouragement enabling them to achieve their identified goals and experience a happier, more purposeful life. I provide mental health counseling on an individual and family basis.

Alabama Counseling & Consulting Services (ACCS) is founded by Lauren Roberts Jones, MS, LPC. Lauren has a wide range of clinical training and experience working with individuals and families. Her specific areas of interests and expertise include, but are not limited to: relationship/family issues, eating disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder and autism. Therapeutically, she works from an integrative perspective, utilizing a variety of orientations and therapies according to the client's individual needs. We treat children, adolescents and adults with behavioral issues, mood disorders, developmental and personality disorders. I work with parents to develop behavioral plans for their homes and families to supplement the therapy done with their children/adolescents in my office.
