I am versed in different areas of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting challenges, etc. I am also an EMDR Certified Therapist to treat PTSD, trauma, and subsequent or related symptoms. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, another modality that can be used to treat symptoms of trauma.
