Therapy is a place for yourself or your loved one to take time to build self-care, self-reflection, insight and skills to manage the symptoms they are experiencing. Many adults and youth experience symptoms of depression, anxiety or are overcoming issues of past trauma that plays in to their ability to go about life. Sometimes relationships, school or work are harder to navigate, build or maintain. Sometimes self-esteem and self-worth can interfere with our abilities to experience healthy relationships whether that is with friends, peers or family members. Coming to therapy can help you build skills to navigate these hardships.

I am currently accepting new clients ages 7 years and up. For many years now, I have been working with survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, and all of the post traumatic symptoms that are experienced in the aftermath of trauma. My hope for your therapeutic process with me is that you experience personal growth and self-compassion, as well as gaining skills to cope with, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and other issues that create difficulty in living your best life.

I provide a welcome space for childen, adults, and couples to explore what is hurting them and to open up a path to deeper connection, meaning, and joy.

I work with adults and have 22 years of experience working with a wide range of issues. We’ll talk about what’s important for you and what goals you have for therapy, and this will guide our work together as we engage in a healing conversation. I am interested in learning more about how individuals become able to access parts of themselves that can be open to growth and change.

I know sharing your struggles with someone can be difficult and scary. It takes courage to allow someone to join you in your healing journey. I have experience working in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, residential facilities. I have worked with individuals ages 4-87 from a variety of different cultural and religious backgrounds. Issues that I have gained more extensive experience with include: PTSD, Anxiety, Fear, Anger, Relationship Problems, Impulsiveness, Depression, Hopelessness, Grief, Loss, Self-esteem, Substance Abuse.

Everyone needs a listening ear and/or counsel at various times in our life journey. I enjoy working with people of all ages to become healthier mentally, physically and spiritually in order to help reach their goals in life. This may mean challenging destructive thoughts or behaviors, learning new ways to think about yourself, gaining new boundaries, finding healing from past hurt, walking through present though times together - all so that you can become the thriving person that God intended you to be. Throughout life we can stumble upon barriers that prevent us to be our true selves or reach our potential. These barriers can range from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and any life transitions. Counseling gives you an opportunity to explore barriers and potential possibilities and gain insight that could benefit how you move forward. I work with you to establish these barriers and learn tools and ways to overcome them. My hope through counseling is to build your toolbox so you can be successful in creating a life you love and deserve.

Lily works with adults, couples, and adolescents starting at 12 years of age. She is able to support clients in the following areas; depression, anxiety, managing family and life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, building healthy coping skills, and processing traumatic events. Lily also offers pre-marital counseling for couples.

Sometimes life throws events your way that causes you to curve, be thrown off track, or completely halt. It is more than common to find yourself feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected at various times in your life because of those events. That's where therapy comes in! I utilize a strengths-based, person focused, empowering approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experiences and goals.

Dr. Tutty provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to children and adolescents who may be struggling with ADHD (executive functioning), Autism, Learning Disabilities, Twice Exceptional, Anxiety, Depression, as well as counseling for children affected by high conflict divorce. Dr. Tutty also provides counseling to children and adolescents for these issues (most insurance plans accepted). In addition, Dr. Tutty provides forensic psychological services to adults in need of mental health and parenting evaluations, as well as personal injury evaluations (e.g., TBI), which are not covered by insurance.

Mark Adams, MA, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor practicing in Poulsbo, Washington. He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various community mental health settings since 1994. Mark has extensive experience working with issues of domestic disputes and high conflict. He has worked with adults to repair the damage and undo legacies of harmful behavior. Within the context of that work, Mark developed and co-facilitated a unique group for men dealing with issues of both abusive behavior and substance abuse.

Dr. Kahn is experienced in providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults seeking treatment for a wide range of clinical issues including anxiety, depression, impulse control, phobias, somatoform disorders, trauma, adjustment challenges, relationship discord and behavioral disorders. Dr. Kahn also specializes in evidence-based reunification therapy for families in transition and at crossroads with the court system, such as following separation, divorce, and relocation.
