My primary goal as a psychologist is to help the client work towards reducing their suffering and enhancing their health and resiliency. I work with adults that may be experiencing a variety of challenges including increased stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma recovery. I provide psychological assessments for a variety of complaints, and ground my counseling work in scientific, evidence-based interventions such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnosis training, and various mindfulness-based interventions.

Ashley loves working with adolescents, teens, adults, and couples presenting with diverse challenges in life. I have experience and great passion for helping those individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, fear, and the memories of past traumatic experiences that continue to have an affect on how they live their lives today. Cesario Larios, MA, LMHCA is a Clinical Psychology PsyD doctoral student at Antioch University Seattle. He is in his fifth year of training, which has encompassed both clinical applications in therapy as well as psychological assessment. During his doctoral training with NW Family Psychology, Cesario works with clients seeking either therapy or psychological assessment. Cesario has worked with people placed in state institutions, outpatient psychiatric clinics, schools, and universities.
