Nadine Paschzella MD, Ph.D.,has over 20 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, children and families in a variety of clinical settings. Trained in the Tomatis Method with Dr. Tomatis her experience in the field amounts to 24 y. My professional interests and current training experience are in the area of personality and mood disorders. I have certification in treating psychological trauma and it connection to addiction. It is critical that professionals are trained in handling psychological trauma and addiction brought on by a variety of factors, including mental health factors. I identify the basis of negative emotional reactivity, look at the motivational factors of deviant behavior or impulsive behaviors in general and assist the client in gaining healthy life skills that will help them through their difficulties.

I'm a Washington licensed doctor of clinical psychology, a veteran, and former technology executive. My clinical scope of practice encompasses the full range of mental and behavioral health as well as psychological evaluations and neuropsychological assessments. My practice is entirely private pay with no direct involvement with insurance companies.

She has extensive training in mindfulness approaches, and uses a present-centered approach, combining it with strengths-building techniques. Heather specializes in working with those who struggle with PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and depression, among other mental health struggles.
