She is trained in Ecotherapy/Ecopsychology, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) , Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems/Parts Work and Psychedelic Therapies such as Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) and Psychedelic Integration.
