Change is possible. Having provided therapy services since 2013, I have seen strength during depression, peace despite anxiety, and growth from profound hopelessness. I’ve also begun utilizing EMDR, a powerful treatment modality that has the ability to alleviate symptoms associated with severe trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, and more.

Through the years, I've had the privilege of working closely with diverse groups, including disabled clients, the elderly, and neurodivergent individuals.
